Since every item is custom crafted once you place your order, all sales are considered final. Please be sure to review your order carefully before checking out.

Damaged in Transit?

We pack our handmade goodies very securely, but if your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will gladly send a free replacement right away to make it right.

Pre-Paid Orders Only

To ensure we can dedicate our time to crafting your items, we only accept 100% secure pre-paid orders at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
